Cellulite wraps to do at home

The things we eat and lack of exercise are two of the main causes of cellulite on our thighs and arms. Before you do any of the following treatments, make sure you go through a good exfoliation. You can do that by mixing sea salt, olive oil and lemon juice and give the affected area a good rub. Another method would be with coffee grounds and olive oil/honey. Lemon and Honey – take 4 tbsp. fine sea salt and mix them well with one freshly squeezed lemon and 10 tbsp. of honey. Apply on the cellulite and then cover with plastic foil and a towel. Let it act for about 50 minutes and then take a shower and massage the area with anti-cellulite lotion.

Anti-cellulite cream – take some anti-cellulite cream and a plastic foil. Apply the cream and then wrap the area with foil to make your body sweat. Wait for at least an hour before removing the foil and at least six hours before taking a shower.

Coffee and Olive Oil – take some coffee powder and mix it with warm olive oil and then massage the affected areas. Wrap with plastic foil, let it sit for about half an hour and then shower.

Cocoa Butter (or Shea Butter) – buy some refined cocoa (or shea) butter and rub it on the cellulite area. Allow it to act for at least two hours and avoid taking a shower for the next eight hours.

Cocoa and Olive Oil – take some cocoa and mix it with warm olive oil. Massage the cellulite regions with the mixture and wrap with cling film for half an hour. You may then take a shower.

Herbs – take 4 tablespoons of dried thyme, 2 cups of corn oil, 1 cup of grapefruit juice and mix them well together. Rub the mixture on the affected region and wrap it with cling film to favor transpiration. Leave it on for half an hour.
