Oils – doing a massage out of lavender oil, mixed with rumatone gold and marjoram oil will help your knees’ flexibility. You can also try other oils such as chamomile and sandalwood, which also have great healing and calming properties.
Fenugreek Seeds – take some fenugreek seeds and mustard oil and mix them well together. Rub the paste on the affected area and you should get relief from the pain. Alternatively, you can take 3 tsp. of cumin seeds and 3 tsp. of fenugreek seeds and let them soak in 1 cup of water overnight. Consume the water on an empty stomach in the morning to reduce the pain.
Turmeric Powder – take 2 tsp. of turmeric powder and 1 tsp. of asafetida and mix them well. Apply the formed paste on the knee two or three times a day. You can also add it to your food or to a glass of warm milk, but be sure to do it regularly.
Fruits and Vegetables – the intake of fresh fruits, like grapefruit, mango, papaya, kiwi, etc. will help you treat the pain when consumed regularly. Vegetables such as Brussels sprouts and cauliflower are also recommended on a regular basis to heal the knee pain.
