Garlic
This plant does wonders to your cardiovascular system, increases good cholesterol and lowers triglycerides, diastolic and systolic blood pressure. All you need is about 3 cloves of garlic, 1 glass of water and the juice from 1 medium-sized lemon. Mix the lemon juice with water, grind the garlic into a paste and then drink the entire mixture on an empty stomach every morning for about a month. Lemon Water

Chia Seeds

Water Before every Meal
You should drink a glass of water with about 5-10 minutes before you eat your meals, so that your stomach is filled with water and won’t have so much space for food. By doing so, you will lessen the level of fat from your body.

Diet and Exercise
As with any other weight losing process, your body needs to eat healthy food that protect your liver, as well as do regular workouts which will burn the fat and tighten the skin.
